Due to the nature of fragrance products and strict hygiene standards, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in resalable condition, free from damage or alterations.

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue must be provided for verification.

Our team will assess the case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred on our side.
